在3月18日英国政府宣布不再进行公开考试之后，我们一直在寻求能让考生在英国境内外安全地参加STEP数学考试的方法。请参见下面每个STEP文件的最新更新。

STEP 1

STEP1卷的考试将不会继续（即：STEP 1的考试将取消）。已报名参加此卷考试的考生，请和您的考试联络员沟通退款事宜。我们将会与STEP考试中心联系，以确保他们不再接受STEP1的注册，并向他们传达有关退款安排的更多信息。

对于需要参加STEP 1考试，将该成绩作为大学申请条件的考生，您不需要参加STEP 2或STEP 3考试。如有任何疑问，请直接与您的大学联系以获取指导。


STEP 2和STEP 3

注：本通知仅适用于已收到大学预录取通知书且需要参加STEP 2或STEP 3作为入学条件的考生。

目前STEP 2和STEP 3的考试依旧按预定的考试日期进行。因此，您应该继续进行准备。

为了确保考生及和考试中心的安全，STEP考试将不会在高中学校，大学学院或考试中心现场进行。我们正在研究能让学生参加考试的替代方法。

Sixth Term Examination Paper (STEP)

Following the UK government announcement on 18 March that public examinations will not take place, we have been reviewing ways in which candidates can take STEP Mathematics safely, both within and outside the UK. See the latest updates to each individual STEP paper below.

STEP 1

STEP 1 will not go ahead. For candidates who have already registered for this test paper, please speak to your Exams Officer about arranging a refund. Centres will be contacted to ensure they do not accept any more registrations for STEP 1 and will also be given further information about refund arrangements.

For candidates who are required to take STEP 1 as part of your university offer, you are NOT expected to take either STEP 2 or STEP 3. If you are in any doubt, please contact your university directly for guidance.

STEP 2 and STEP 3

This notice only applies to candidates who hold existing university offers and are required to take STEP 2 or STEP 3 as part of their application.

We are planning for STEP 2 and STEP 3 to go ahead on the test dates currently scheduled. Therefore, you should continue with your preparation. 

To ensure the safety of our candidates and centres, STEP will not be run at schools, colleges or test centres. We are looking into alternative methods to enable students to take the tests.
